Pantry

Another lovely English, antique door, with leaded stained glass, leads into this large, resourceful space.  The door even has the old mail slot still intact.  Above the door is lovely lattice holding a sign that reads "Pantry".

The pantry being next to the garage makes it very convenient for transferring groceries from the car to the place they will remain until needed.

This pantry was designed to be.....a pantry, a wonderful area to keep items you don't use daily but want to be able to find and get to when they are needed.  A place to put the things you need in your kitchen but not all the time.  And, there is ample storage for other items as well.

The north wall has been left free of shelves, except for shelves at the top for the storage of items you seldom use.  This would be an ideal spot for a cart with rollers to easily take things in and out of the kitchen.

There is plenty of room for a waste basket to go here also.  You might like the idea the owner uses for her cans....

Can Rack

This space is plenty large enough to put a revolving can rack, such as the one pictured at the left.  This is what the owner has done.  It is designed so you'll always use the oldest can first.  A great convenience and a terrific use of space.

Shelves take up most of the rest of the space.  Lots of them.

Shelves in Pantry

Plenty of room to hold a wonder of foods.  Storing different foods, cooking utensils, large pots, and whatever else might be needed will be a breeze in this large, and efficient pantry.  The shelves are built-in and arranged to organize things neatly and efficiently.

When you first walk in the door, on your right, is a very unusual item.  The designer devised this lovely item to be an extraordinary and expedient rotating rack.  This holds small items you have trouble finding in larger areas.  Placed at an easily reachable level, it also turns, making finding the right article effortless.  Unusual, convenient, and lovely.

Spice Rack

The owner has put a small cart with drawers for storage of items such as the extra silverware.  Above the drawers she has a peg board.  On this she has placed a couple of Indispensable Dispensers to hold things she wants to reach easily and quickly  A peg board has been placed to the right when you first walk in the doorway.  This makes a great place to hang long articles.

The tile floor makes it easy to keep clean and easy to clean up in case of a spill.  The woodwork in the room is lovely, the spice rack is divine, and, by design, it's extremely useful.

Let's see, now where did I put that?
